The Reptile Room Ireland is now offering Indian Almond leaves for your bioactive vivariums. 
Indian almond leaves are fantastic for your clean up crew acting as both a hide and a food source for them. 
They also provide a vital service when raising tadpoles - when placed in fresh water they release tannins that brown the water and add both antibacterial and antifungal properties that help keep your tadpoles healthy whilst they grow out. For the same reason many aquatic keepers use Indian almond leaves in their aquariums to keep their fish healthy and add a food source for shrimp, snails and crabs.
